You'll also be invited to create a Calendly account where you will: 1) Connect Calendly to your personal and work calendars 2) Define the durations of the training sessions you will deliver (e.g. 1 hour, 2 hours, etc.) 3) Update your profile on this site to share your personal Calendly link with us.

How do Experts Receive Bookings and Get Compensated

Clinics will browse the experts the site and identify the expert that meets the needs of their team to deliver the training.

Get notified about a booking

You'll receive an email from Calendly letting you know you've been booked, with all the relevant details: 1) Clinic Name & Contact Person 2) Clinic Location 3) Date you'll deliver the learning session

Work out logistics

Get in touch with the contact person at the clinic and work out any logistics necessary.

Deliver the training session

Arrive at the clinic location and deliver the training session as planned. You'll need to collect the names of the NPs that were trained.

Submit your claim

Log in to Mobile Skills with your expert credentials. You can submit a new claim and see the status of past claims through "My Claims" button on the menu on the top right.

Share your direct deposit information

Your payment is made by direct deposit. Confirm in your account profile that your bank information is update-to-date.

Get compensated!

NNPBC will process your claim for payment accordingly.

Experts will be approved based on their experience and ability to teach relevant clinical skills NPs in a primary care setting.

When you're approved, you'll receive an email with specific instructions and links to support videos/pages. If you have any questions, you can also reach out to our team.

Please contact them directly. You'll find their email and contact information in the booking confirmation email.

Log in to the Mobile Skills platform, go to "My Claims" from the menu on the top right. You can then see the claims you've submitted and submit a new claim.

Your claim should include: 1) Clinic Name, Location 2) Date of Training Session 3) Names of NPs trained 4) Time spent on preparation and delivering the session 5) Travel expenses 6) Training-related supplies

As soon as your session is complete! Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the date of the training session. Claims outside this 60-day period will not be processed.

It will be processed within 2-4 weeks after submission of the claim.

That's up to you. Please ensure your calendar (that's connected to your expert profile page) is updated, and times when you're not available is blocked off as needed.

This is up to your own calendar and time management. Please contact the clinic directly if you have any logistical questions. We ask all the clinics to ensure experts are booked within a maximum 2-hour drive from the training delivery location.
